Something I’ve been doing alot of recently, in fact several times a day is meditation. This was sent to me this afternoon so I’m passing it on to you
Sit or lay down with a straight spine, get comfortable, relax!
Focus all your attention on your breathing for a few moments.
Just follow it as it flows in and out of your body.
When you feel relaxed and still, silently to yourself repeat the words:
Sat Chit Ananda
(truth, knowledge, bliss)
Do this for 10 – 20 minutes! Enjoy!!!
